HVAC Service Technician

Bourque Heating and Cooling, a growing HVAC company serving Cape Cod, is expanding its service department and looking for experienced technicians to join our team. We’re committed to delivering high-quality service and building long-term relationships with our customers through professionalism, reliability, and technical excellence.

We’re hiring a full-time HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 3 years of documented experience. The ideal candidate is EPA-certified, customer-focused, and comfortable using field service software. You’ll be responsible for servicing and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment

- Communicate effectively with customers and team members

- Participate in rotating on-call schedule

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (preferred)

- EPA Type II Certification (preferred)

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Own set of tools

- Clean driving record

- Experience with electronic tablet field service software preferred (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)

Pay: $24.40 - $29.39 per hour
