- Performing functional performance testing on HVAC systems and controls
- Reviewing project specs, drawings, and submittals for commissioning scope
- Documenting and reporting findings, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting resolution- 3+ years of HVAC experience
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
- Excellent troubleshooting, install, documentation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, airflow, and refrigerant cycle
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and system performance
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and customer-facing situations
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record & willingness to travel to job sites
