About This Job
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC/R equipment effectively. The HVAC Installer will work on a variety of properties, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Responsibilities
•
Install new HVAC/R systems and components according to specifications and schematics.
•
Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
•
Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC equipment, including refrigerate and boil systems.
•
Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to test electrical components and troubleshoot problems.
•
Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems as needed.
•
Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
•
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
•
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, repair, and maintenance.
•
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
•
Familiarity with various HVAC equipment repair techniques and tools.
•
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•
Previous experience in property maintenance is a plus but not required.
•
Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
