What You'll Do

- Run 45-55 in-home leads monthly - all set by our in-house team

- Guide homeowners through HVAC system options with a proven sales process

- Earn trust, present solutions, and close deals with confidence

- Partner with a skilled install crew to ensure smooth project execution

- Work hard, take feedback, and grow your sales game

What We're Looking For

- In-home sales experience (HVAC, windows, solar, roofing, or similar)

- Ability to work long days in hot attics and high-pressure situations

- Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust

- Coachable, goal-driven, and committed to personal and team success

- Strong work ethic - you follow through and finish strong

- Passion for doing things the right way - no shortcuts or pressure tactics
