What You'll Do

•

Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers to assess needs and recommend HVAC solutions

•

Present clear, confident proposals including product and financing options

•

Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and close the sale

•

Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure smooth project handoff

•

Stay informed on the latest HVAC products, trends, and energy-efficient technologies

You'll Thrive Here If You Have

•

A self-motivated, results-driven mindset

•

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

•

At least 2 years of in-home sales, HVAC sales, or customer-facing sales experience

•

A valid driver's license and clean driving record

•

Experience using CRMs or digital tools to track leads and sales

•

A passion for helping homeowners make smart, comfortable decisions

Schedule

Monday-Friday, with some evening or weekend appointments to meet customer needs.
