The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts to include interviews with the appropriate managers
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts (physicals, drug tests, background screening, etc.) and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration such as employee garnishments and enrollment
- Maintain HRIS platforms (Paycom) as well as employee training records
- Serve as liaison for yearly insurance renewals
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources- HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP), but not required
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Salary $60k to $70k depending on experience
