The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with leadership and employees, delivering HR solutions that align with business objectives. The HRBP will drive HR initiatives, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires a strong focus on working closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance culture that supports the company's growth.
A successful candidate must be able to:
- Align HR strategies with business objectives to improve organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes, employee development, and retention.
- Lead the recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish recruitment strategies.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to improve hiring practices and candidate selection.
- Provides insights and solutions to leaders on talent priorities and needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, guiding conflict resolution, performance improvement, and disciplinary actions.
- Support managers in the performance process, offering guidance on setting goals, providing feedback, and developing talent.
- Identify learning and development needs and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor standards, equal employment opportunity (EEO), and workplace safety.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee retention.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of HR experience, focusing on recruitment, performance, and talent management.- This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting, computer work and other physical activities.
