- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manage talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety programs
- Coach managers through performance management and employee development
- Deliver leadership training programs
- Support remote teams through regular travel
- Promote a culture of openness, diversity, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business (preferred)
- 7+ years in a Human Resources Generalist role - 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity- - Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
