PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage and maintain HSE data systems to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting and analytics.
•Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System across assigned regions.
•Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate system updates or enhancements as needed.
•Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, standards, and company policies.
•Develop comprehensive data models for HSE teams to use.
•Provide guidance and training to regional HSE teams and operational leaders on effective use of HSE systems and data tools.
•Collaborate with HSE leadership to identify trends, opportunities, and corrective actions based on data analysis.
•Support incident tracking, risk assessments, audits, and other key HSE processes through data management and system optimization.
•Promote a positive safety culture by actively engaging with field operations and encouraging safe behaviors.
•Utilize other business enterprise software to visualize and distribute data analysis and recommendations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE, with at least 2 years focused on data systems, analytics, or HSEMS implementation.
•Strong understanding of HSE regulations, compliance practices, and management systems.
•Proficiency with HSE data platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Samsara, Intelex, or similar).
•Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
•Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, strong relationship builder, solid influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to coach front-line operations personnel.
•Proficient with Power Bi, MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems
•Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
•This position has the potential to be Full time Office or Hybrid Remote.
Compensation: $110,000.00-$125,000.00/ Salary
