About This Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HSE Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for promoting a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, and supporting continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs

•

Develop and implement emergency response plans

•

Conduct regular inspections on safety equipment and tools

•

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses through reporting; identify root causes and implement corrective action

•

Provide safety training for all personnel

•

Maintain accurate HSE records and reports, including indecent logs, training records, and inspection checklists

•

Collaborate with management and operations teams to ensure safety as a top priority

•

Stay current on regulator changes and industry best practices

Qualifications:

•

Minimum 5 -7 year’s experience in an HSE role, preferably in oil & gas service

•

Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory standards

•

Certification in HSE (e.g., OSHA 30, NEBOSH, CSP) is a plus

•

Excellent communication and organizational skills

•

Ability to work well independently and on a team
