HSE Advisor

Saskana is looking to hire HSE professionals for an upcoming project.

Must have minimum 5 years experience working in Oil & Gas / Plant operations with references

Must have all applicable tickets and certificates for industrial setting. ( which includes but is not limited too)

Must be local to Fort McMurray. No travel is provided.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees

- Collaborate with management to develop safety policies and procedures

- Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related matters

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to effectively train and educate employees on safety procedures

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
