Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and detail-oriented HSE Administrator to join our team and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about safety compliance in a dynamic oilfield service environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, supporting safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and contribute to the overall QHSE culture at Novomet USA.

Maintain and update all HSE documentation, including OSHA 300/300A/301 logs, employee injury and illness records, training files, and compliance documentation.

Conduct routine shop and field safety inspections, identify and document hazards, perform risk assessments, and lead incident investigations.

Coordinate and track all safety training and certifications, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and client expectations.
·
Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE statistics, KPI dashboards, rig-specific reports, and customer-requested safety data for bids, audits, and questionnaires.

Support implementation and monitoring of Novomet’s Integrated Management System (IMS)and ensure adherence to QHSE policies and procedures.

Manage HSE data entry and verification, ensuring timely and accurate submission of monthly and quarterly safety metrics.

Maintain and continuously update all client-required HSE consortium platforms, including ISNetworld, Veriforce, TPS Alert, and other pre-qualification systems.

Support internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation, coordination of audit activities, and tracking of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Prepare documents, presentations, and reportsfor monthly and quarterly HSE and operational meetings, facilitate meeting discussions when required, and issue meeting minutes.

Perform compliance audits, research, and data managementto ensure alignment with regulatory and customer requirements.
·
Manage internal QHSE SharePoint site, ensuring organization, version control, and availability of current documentation.
·
Develop, edit, format, and distribute HSE-related materials, including procedures, forms, communications, and training content.

Respond to and track safety- and risk-related inquiriesfrom vendors, customers, and pre-qualification organizations, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Assist the QHSE team with additional responsibilitiesas assigned to support departmental and operational objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong PowerPoint development skills, graphic design experience a plus
- Experience in SAP or other business management systems preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Motivation to develop skills associated with administration and safety
- Ability to handle multiple tasks daily
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed information (through written skills and data entry)
- Strong level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take direction, and work within a team
- Qualified candidates must possess proficient written and spoken English communication abilities.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- A High School Diploma is required
- Post-secondary degree is considered an asset
- Two years of experience in a similar role is preferred
- HSE administration experience preferred
- Previous experience at an oil and gas or industrial company is an asset

· Ability to respond to emergencies immediately, including rapid movement across shop and field areas as needed.
· While performing this job, the employee may occasionally be required to lift/carry, push/pull, reach, squat, or kneel with periodic jobsite visits that may require physical activity.
· Ability to work safely in shop and field environments, which may include exposure to noise, dust, vibrations, chemicals, and varying weather and temperature conditions.
· Willingness and ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye and hearing protection, hard hat, gloves, and safety footwear, for extended periods.
· Occasional travel required to field locations or customer sites.
· Ability to maintain full situational awareness, including adequate vision, hearing, and mobility necessary to identify hazards and react promptly.
