What you'll do
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Reporting & Analytics Team Lead role within the HR Systems and Analytics
Team. Under the direction of the People Analytics & HR Systems Manager, the Team Lead will provide leadership for a
team of approximately three HR Analysts, Tier 2 lead support for SAP reporting, lead data strategy initiatives, advance
People Analytics, and manage any related policy/governance development. This role will leverage HR analytics to support
business priorities, goals and objectives.
The range of duties and responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
•Provide leadership, guidance, direction, and mentorship to a team of HR Analysts - creating and maintaining a work
environment that allows everyone to bring their best to work.
•Manage performance, coaching and development of employees, recognition, and employee engagement for the HR
Analysts.
•Manage day to day reporting deliverables and ad-hoc reporting/analytics requests to ensure they are prioritized and
handled efficiently by the HR Reporting and Analytics team.
•Provide input into the broader HR Systems & Analytics team’s annual workplan.
•Tier 2 SAP HR Reporting Lead for all related issue resolution/system upgrades/any related enhancements.
•Ownership and delivery of business requirements driven reporting solutions through various analytics applications (i.e.
gathering business requirements, user acceptance testing, end user training and support, and troubleshooting).
•Additional SAP and non-SAP application ownership and support (i.e. Manager Delegation, HR Web, HR Exchange,
Tableau).
•Provide leadership in the creation and implementation of an overall HR data strategy, and support for additional analytics
solutions within the business.
•Develop HR reporting governance and the consolidate service offerings to drive standardization, consistency, and
efficiency.
•Advance People Analytics and develop opportunities where data driven insight can help support the HR organization.
•Lead workshops to gather insight and feedback on how the HR Reporting and Analytics team can better support the
organization.
What you bring
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Commerce, Computer Science or relevant. Professional designation (e.g.
CHRP) would be an asset.
•A minimum of 5 years of HCM experience with a focus on the HR Reporting and Analytics function. SAP HCM experience
is preferred.
•An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered,
•Proven ability to provide technical and/or people leadership to a team of HR professionals.
•Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, good knowledge of Power BI and Tableau.
•Experience with data modelling and associated best practices.
•Diverse HR Reporting and Analytics experience in driving business solutions.
•Ability to develop and promote strategies, policies, and programs.
•Ability to provide creative and strategic advice and solutions to business requirements.
•Superior relationship building skills to work meaningfully with both internal and external stakeholders.
•Ability to build trust and achieve consensus through collaboration.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

What else you should know
•This is a Full-Time Regular (FTR) opportunity on the team located Downtown Vancouver at our Dunsmuir office location
and will be posted concurrently.
•Please note this role is classified as a Hybrid role under the flexible work model, which currently includes a mix of working
from home and working in the office. At present, this role is expected to work in the office a minimum of two days per week
however at times it could be more frequent due to operational requirements and does require flexibility.
