To act as a strategic advisor and partner to client groups by delivering integrated HR and labour relations solutions that align with organizational goals, comply with legal and collective agreement frameworks, and foster a high-performance, engaged workforce.
Strategic Thinking:* Aligns HR initiatives with business objectives; anticipates future needs. Labour Relations Expertise:* Deep understanding of collective agreements, grievance handling, and dispute resolution. In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
