What You’ll Do

- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned locations and/or functions;

- Support and guide managers on HR policy interpretation, employee relations, and performance management;

- Partner with HR leadership on company-wide initiatives such as performance reviews, goal-setting, merit increases and compensation changes, annual engagement surveys and follow-up actions;

- Collaborate with Corporate Recruiter to support workforce planning and hiring activities;

- Partner with Payroll & Benefits to resolve employee questions and ensure data accuracy;

- Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding processes;

- Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws;

- Support employee engagement, communication, and retention initiatives;

- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required;

- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred, SPHR a plus;

- 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multi-location environment;

- Familiarity with HRIS tools (Paylocity preferred);

- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and employment laws;

- Understanding of federal, state, and local labor regulations;

- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills;

- Ability to guide managers through performance conversations and development planning;

- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders: managers, recruiters, payroll, benefits, etc.

- Understanding of pay structures, merit increases, and benefits programs;

- Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Ability to build trust and credibility with both employees and leadership;

- Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities;

- Ability to handle employee concerns with discretion and fairness.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print

- Full-time remote position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule;

- Ability to travel up to 15% to support various business locations.
