Home Improvement Director of Operations

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee and optimize our home improvement operations. As the Home Improvement Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing multiple installation crews, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and maintaining efficiency in workflow and resources. You will play a crucial role in overseeing product ordering, driving customer satisfaction, and leading teams specializing in replacement windows, bathroom remodeling, and replacement metal roofing.
