About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with proven experience operating excavators to join our team in Mobile, AL. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate excavators on construction sites.

Perform digging, trenching, grading, and site preparation work as required.

Conduct pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.

Follow site plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions.

Comply with all OSHA and company safety standards.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating an excavator.

Ability to operate other heavy equipment is a plus.

Knowledge of construction site safety practices.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Valid drivers license.

Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
