O.J. Industrial Maintenance

O.J. Industrial Maintenance specializes in the construction, installation, repair and maintenance of siphons, tailings lines, slurry lines and all light civil work for the oil industry. We focus on building strong relationships and providing customer satisfaction, while helping our clients meet their environmental obligations.

Principle Operator - Dozer / Excavator / Grader

Key Responsibilities:

Work with piping, mechanical and civil crews.

Work with/around other equipment operators, welders, other skilled labour.

Other duties as requested.

Safety

Participate in meetings, tool box talks, FLHA.

Report near misses, infractions and observations.

Communicate to promote a safe working environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- 1-2 years minimum experience

- Must be able to safely operate for the machine group applying for.

- Must possess CSTS / OSSA cards or the equivalent BSO / CSO

- Intermediate Wildlife Awareness with Bear Spray would be an asset

- Equipment operation knowledge and experience, minimum 5 years

- Previous pipeline experience an asset.

- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Driver's License (Class 5) is preferred
