The Nuna Group of Companies is now accepting resumes for Heavy Equipment - Multi Operators (Dozer/Excavator/Loader/Grader)with large earthworks construction / mining project experience.

We offer:

- 3x3 week off rotations; 12-hour days

- Fly in and Fly out

- Competitive hourly rate with overtime pay (1.5x)

- Commercial flights and accommodations are provided

This position is located on our project site located in Nunavut.

Pre-access requirements may include:

- Medical clearances

- A&D Testing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conducts pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities;

- Maintains equipment in good operating condition, reporting, and logging maintenance requirements or concerns;

- Complete production reporting and other documentation as required;

- Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members;

- Operate other heavy equipment if required;

- Follow all site, company and client specific safety protocols, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience operating above mentioned equipment in a road building, mining, and/or industrial setting.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating (Dozer/Excavator/Loader/Grader)

- Previous experience with rotational schedules and remote camp life

- Incorporate HS&E concepts into work activities and demonstrates concern for others health & safety (co-workers, clients, and sub trades)

- Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.
