Heavy Equipment Mechanic

GMS is currently hiring Surface Mine Mechanics at an open pit mine in South Carolina. Successful candidates will work a 7 on, 7 off schedule rotating between day & night shift, working 12-hour shifts. We are actively evaluating candidates that are local to the area along with those interested in traveling to/moving to the area.

To gain consideration, candidates must possess extensive experience working on various surface mining equipment such as haul trucks, dozers, loaders, excavators, shovels, and/or blast hole drills. Experience with CAT & Komatsu equipment is highly preferred.
