About the Role

Rugged Edge Holdings is seeking a skilled and self-motivated Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team in Smithers, BC. This role is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a diverse fleet of equipment used in support of mining, exploration, and remote logistics operations. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced shop environment.

We’re open to hiring a qualified journeyperson or a capable 3rd or 4th year apprentice who brings strong technical ability and hands-on experience in the trade.
