Gutter Cleaner/pressure washing/ window cleaning technician

Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Pressure Washers needed

Technicians are responsible for learning how to begin and finish in all services we offer including; window cleaning, soft washing (houses, decks, patios), pressure washing, roof treatments, dryer vent cleaning, and most importantly gutter cleaning. This position is also responsible for meeting or exceeding their goals, keeping their crew members motivated, their clients satisfied and happy, completing their daily itinerary and ensuring their vehicles and equipment are maintained, clean and ready for service along with maintaining a clean and orderly shop.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must display "Dependability" day in and day out by being properly prepared, on time, a great leader by example, a great teammate and someone who represents the company to our clients and community in an exemplary and positive manner at all times.

Ability and desire to learn best practices of all services offered as well as company standards and practices.

Ability to work effectively and efficiently, able to follow our processes and systems and can take directions from the Operations Manager

Good verbal and written communication skills with good customer service practices

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Clean and professional appearance

Ability to safely move, set up and work off 24 & 32 foot extension ladders quickly and efficiently

Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently

Stand and bend for 8 hours or more a day.

Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
