About This Job

Advanced Pressure and Gutter is searching for a Gutter Maintenance Technician!

Applicants must be able to demonstrate reliability, integrity, commitment and ideally, want to grow with the company!

Requirements:

•

1 or more years of cleaning gutters

•

Comfortable traversing roofs 50'-60' above ground

•

Valid driver’s license and a vehicle to get to and from work.

•

Must be extremely hardworking and responsible.

•

Positive attitude and able to work as a team.

•

Detail oriented.

•

Must be able to become a full-time W2 employee.

•

Applicants should have an appearance reasonably acceptable for representing the company.

•

Prompt and efficient in managing one’s time.

•

Drug Free.

Job Responsibilities:

•

Prepare/load trucks for the day.

•

Assist with setting ladders on the jobsite.

•

Assist with performing detailed gutter cleaning service.

•

Assist with performing repairs related to gutters and roof maintenance.

•

Communicate in a personable and professional manner when talking with homeowners.

Compensation & Benefits:

Production-based pay. Job pays very well for hard-working, efficient installer.
