Grinder

Job Summary

We are looking for an individual who will have prior experience in operation of Harig style manual grinders for either a full time OR part time position!

Responsibilities

- Operate Harig style manual grinder to manufacture die components and close tolerance assemblies.

- Perform machining operations on tool steels, carbide, steel, and other materials.

- Work with precision tools: mics, indicators, comparators, height gages.

- Perform routine maintenance on your manual grinder.

- Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety guidelines.

- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and understand basic math concepts.

- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Typical Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm. Overtime when required.

Compensation based on experience.

New Hire Bonus - $250 at 6 months, $500 at 1 year.

Benefits start the 1st of the month after 60-day probation period!
