Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping Rooftop Power’s brand identity across digital and print platforms. This role is perfect for a designer who can blend creativity with strategy to create compelling visuals that engage, educate, and inspire.

What You’ll Do

- Design graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, email, presentations, and print materials

- Collaborate with marketing, recruiting, and sales teams to bring creative ideas to life

- Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual assets

- Develop layouts for flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral

- Support website visuals, infographics, and video content creation (basic motion graphics a plus)

- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to keep our brand fresh and engaging

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of graphic design experience (internship or agency experience welcome)

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus) or Canva

- Strong portfolio showcasing design versatility and creativity

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Bonus: Experience in solar, sustainability, or energy industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
