To perform manual tasks necessary to separate recycled electronic materials by type and place them into barrels for processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Organizes, sorts and dismantles electronic components of products for processing

- Removes unwanted materials and set aside for appropriate disposal

- Identifies and remove potential hazardous materials such as batteries

- Assists other technicians/sorters on an as-needed basis with heavy or bulky items

- Operate forklift to move, organize and weight material

- Document and label finished lots

- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

- Attends safety and other training sessions as required by company policy

- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
