Machine Operator- Night Shift

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Stay aware of possible hazards. Maintain clean & organized work/staging areas. Perform daily inspections on equipment and report any defects or repairs needed to supervisor or maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

- Operate various types of machinery for the production of steel parts. Must be detail oriented, work well with others, ability to lift up to 50lbs.

- Observe and follow safety procedures always meeting company policy and procedures

- Maintain an organized workstation and be efficient with materials

- Assist in areas as needed

- Needs to be self-motivated

- Must be willing to learn and be trained

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a machine/Fab shop

- Flexible to work overtime, off-hours, weekends, and holidays in an industrial environment which includes being outdoors in all weather conditions.

Ability to work 10-12 hr shifts 5 days/week plus occasional Saturdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
