We are seeking a Graduate Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic technical team in Houston. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to contribute to the full lifecycle of product development – from concept and feasibility through to testing, field deployment, and commercialization.
•Assist in the design and development of new tools and systems across BiSN’s product lines.
•Define and communicate test plans, qualification procedures, and acceptance criteria.
•Analyze and interpret test data; prepare detailed technical reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
•Support and manage project timelines, tracking progress through the design, manufacturing, and testing phases.
•Participate in root cause analysis of lab and field performance issues; assist in implementing corrective actions.
•Perform engineering calculations and design analysis to validate concepts and designs.
•Create detailed 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for manufacturing and assembly (SolidWorks preferred).
•Maintain and organize engineering documentation and product files in accordance with company standards.
•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or related discipline).
•Proficiency in 3D CAD software; SolidWorks experience preferred.
•Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
