- Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, laborers, and materials

- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations

- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary

- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and documentation

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or hazards

- Provide guidance and training to team members on construction techniques and safety protocols

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of construction projects. You will supervise a team of workers, coordinate subcontractors and materials, and ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations. Your expertise in construction management software, blueprint reading, and construction estimating will be essential in managing the project effectively.
