D&B Elite Custom is looking for a Foreman to join our team! The Foreman performs a range of duties under the supervision of a Superintendent and leads a team of field carpenters. This position will be based out of our Reading, PA office but will spend most of the time on the job site.

Responsibilities:
•Stage, mobilize and de-mobilize projects (zip walls, floor protection, etc.)
•Demolition of existing conditions in preparation for a remodel / fit-out
•Saw cutting / masonry work for plumbing trenches, block work
•Framing - Wood framing for residential projects and metal framing for commercial projects
•Finish Carpentry - Installation of cabinetry, interior trim packages, etc.
•Installation of door frames, door slabs, and hardware
•Light insulation, drywall and acoustical ceiling work
•Installation of all commercial and residential accessory packages
•Clock in and out accurately on each job site
•Perform Take-Offs and Order Materials
•Supervise team of carpenters – provide direction, ensure quality control and productivity to maintain project schedule
•Identify deficiencies in skillsets
•Model safe work habits and act as field safety liaison
Competencies:
•Organization and time management skills
•Clean & professional appearance and conduct
•Ability to follow directions and give directions to a team
•Strong ability to read blue prints
Requirements:
•5+ years’ experience as a field carpenter
•Valid Driver’s License and own transportation
•Must be able to lift 100lbs
•Must be able to work in elements
Preferred:
•OSHA 10 and First Aid Certification
