Global EHS Advisor - Wind Projects

Job Description Summary

The Global Wind Projects EHS Advisor will play a critical role in enhancing and enforcing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across GE Vernova's Wind Projects organization by ensuring consistent execution of EHS programs and standards within Projects. With their primary purpose to promote a safe working environment and minimize risks associated with Wind project across various countries and continents, this position is critical developing and implementing strategic EHS initiatives. Reporting directly to the Global EHS Leader for Wind, the role will work closely with the Global Projects Leader to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance are maintained. By implementing effective EHS policies, the EHS Projects Advisor directly contributes to the organization's overall objectives, helping to foster a culture of safety and compliance that enhances productivity and protects the well-being of employees.

The base pay range for this position is $147,900.00 - $246,500.00 USD Annual USD Annual USD Annual USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 15%. This posting is expected to close no earlier than June 10, 2025. * The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
