Role Description

This is a full-time role located in the Houston area for a Global Deep Water Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee deep water operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of BN projects. Responsibilities include coordinating seismic data acquisition, managing OBN projects, client liaison and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams from sales through to technical development.

Qualifications

- Experience in managing offshore geophysical exploration projects

- Proficiency in coordinating OBN projects with experience of deep water operations

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and optimize resource allocation

- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Relevant degree in Geophysics, Engineering, or a related field

- Previous experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry is a plus
