Generator Installer/Technician

Quality Service Company, LLC is a locally owned and operated HVAC company. Chris McDonald started Quality Service Company in 2003 after working with other local HVAC companies for around 10 years. In 2011, Chuck Polk joined in partnership with Chris. Chuck had been working in the HVAC industry for over two decades with local HVAC companies, then as a Trane employee, and then owning his own business. The two merged their companies together under the name, Quality Service Company, LLC.

Currently, we have an immediate need for a Generator Installer/Technician who is responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of generators. Provide clients with professionalism and attention to detail for a positive experience. Complete quality control checkups, meet with contractors and clients to assess needs, provide estimates, and coordinate job completion. Help with permitting needs and meet with county inspectors. Assist and train apprentice technicians with job and safety standards.

Location: Florence, SC

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. Depending on experience

What We're Looking For:

- 1-5 years of generator installation and service experience

- Must have own tools

- Be able to stand, kneel, crouch, work in the attic, and climb a ladder

- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

- Completion of trade school

- Kohler and/or Generac generator certification
