General Manager- Window Cleaning

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our business, including residential, commercial and high access window cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

-Sales - Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives - Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations - Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner - Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards - Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and maximize efficiency

Requirements: - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the custodial or commercial cleaning industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail - Inquisitiveness and an interest in “digging in” to problems - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
