Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various commercial settings. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while working at heights and utilizing specialized equipment.

Duties

•

Perform cleaning of windows in commercial buildings using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions.

•

Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely to access high-rise windows.

•

Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored after use.

•

Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.

•

Report any damages or maintenance needs observed during cleaning tasks to the supervisor.

•

Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during on-site visits.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.

•

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

•

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

•

Must be physically fit, capable of lifting equipment, and standing for extended periods.
