Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and clarity of windows in various commercial settings. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work at heights. The Window Cleaner will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties.
Duties
•
Perform window cleaning services for commercial buildings, ensuring all glass surfaces are spotless and streak-free.
•
Utilize scissor lifts and other equipment safely to access high-rise windows and hard-to-reach areas.
•
Conduct routine inspections of windows and surrounding areas to identify any additional cleaning or maintenance needs.
•
Follow established safety protocols while working at heights or using cleaning chemicals.
•
Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are in good working condition and properly stored after use.
•
Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
•
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
Skills
•
Proficiency in using scissor lifts and other elevated work platforms is essential.
•
Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleaning results.
•
Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
•
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members professionally.
