General Manager

The General Manager (GM) position is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall performance, safety, and strategic direction of three potash mining operations in Carlsbad, NM, including both underground and solution mining methods.

This role encompasses full operational accountability for mining and processing activities, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and the development of site leadership teams. The GM ensures alignment with corporate goals while fostering a culture rooted in integrity, teamwork, safety, accountability, quality, and environmental stewardship.
