Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Bojangles Fast Food Restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in food service or hospitality management. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient staff training, and effective team management while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
•
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
•
Lead and manage staff, providing training and support to enhance performance and customer service.
•
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
•
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and food/labor cost control measures.
•
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
•
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
•
Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
•
Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, inventory management, and reporting.
•
Coordinate catering services when applicable to meet client needs.
Requirements
•
Proven experience in restaurant management operations is required.
•
Strong background in food service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
•
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
•
Experience in staff training and development to enhance team capabilities.
•
Proficient in using POS systems for operational efficiency.
•
Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
•
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
•
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
