General Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our construction crews!

The ideal applicant will have experience performing general skilled or unskilled construction related activities. This position involves physical labor at heavy civil construction projects and includes operating hand and power tools of all types. This applicant will also be comfortable with duties such as cleaning and preparing sites, digging trenches, and cleaning up debris.

The ideal applicant will have experience in construction related labor positions. This role involves supporting crew members, especially the Pipelayer, to ensure projects are completed correctly and on schedule.

Example of Duties (not all inclusive):

Physical/Environment: Requires full range of body motion including continuous handling and operating various hand and power tools, manual and finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination. Frequent exposure to rain, sleet, snow, dust, mud, heat, cold,

noise and other conditions common to outdoor conditions in Colorado.
