Job Type: Full Time, Monday - Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and adaptable General Laborer to join our production team. This position will primarily support daily operations by floating between departments as needed, with a focus on operating the COSTA deburring machine and assisting with unloading parts from laser cutting machines. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Operate the COSTA deburring machine safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality surface finishing.

•

Assist in unloading metal parts from laser cutting machines, verifying part counts and quality.

•

Transport materials between departments using forklifts

•

Perform general shop labor including cleaning, organizing, and preparing workstations.

•

Support machine operators and fabricators by staging materials and removing completed parts.

•

Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.

•

Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to ensure workflow continuity.

•

Assist with inventory counts and material organization as needed.

Requirements:

•

High school diploma or equivalent.

•

Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

•

Ability to operate or learn to operate machinery including the COSTA machine.

•

Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

•

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn multiple tasks.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

•

Manufacturing floor; exposure to machinery noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

•

Use of safety equipment required (gloves, eye protection, etc)
