Delivery Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a home daily position with little to no weekend work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to various locations including Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio, while ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate delivery vehicle (Truck/5th Wheel Trailer) to transport materials to designated locations.

- Load and unload items ensuring proper handling of all products.

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.

- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization of materials.

Skills

- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.

- Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, including knowledge of loading and unloading procedures.

- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS systems or maps.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.

- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (80 lbs.) and perform manual tasks as required.

- Ability to drive a forklift highly desired.

MUST HAVE A VALID CLASS A COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS
