We are seeking a dedicated Shop Laborer / Delivery Driver Support to join our dynamic production team. This dual-role position combines the craftsmanship of a Finish Sprayer with the logistical support of a Delivery Driver, ensuring our doors and millwork maintain the highest standards of quality, while also contributing to efficient, on-time deliveries to customers. Your role is essential in upholding our reputation for precision, excellence, and outstanding customer service.

As a Finish Sprayer, you will focus on delivering flawless finishes on our products using both hand and mechanical spray equipment. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality will ensure our clients receive exceptional results. Additionally, you will provide backup support for our Delivery Driver, assisting with occasional deliveries and coverage when needed. As a Delivery Driver, your responsibilities will include safely transporting goods to customers, maintaining delivery schedules, and providing excellent service during every interaction.
