General Foreman

Job Responsibilities
•Overseeing day-to-day operations at construction site(s).
•Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality work.
•Ensuring all construction projects are delivered on time and within budget.
•Inspecting projects for quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
•Implementing and enforcing safety and compliance/code enforcement standards.
•Facilitating communication between site workers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
•Resolving any issues that may arise, including conflicts between workers or delays in supplies.
•Preparing and delivering progress reports.
•Making sure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations are met.
Experience
•Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Commercial Electrician or in a similar role within the electrical field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Supervisory role, managing small-medium size projects.
•Strong knowledge of various electrical systems, tools, and electrical components.
Skills Required
•Must be able to read and adhere to plans and specifications
•Strong communication and leadership skills
•Critical thinking / problem solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting electrical issues.
•Strong attention to detail
•Basic computer skills with the ability to learn and adhere to WTC Electric systems
•Ability to train others on various electrical issues that may arise.
Qualifications
•An active Electrical Journeymen’s or Masters License is preferred but not required.
•Industrial experience is a plus.
•Minimum of 10 years in the Electrical Trade and 5 years in a Supervisory role.
•Must have extensive knowledge of NEC Electrical Code and its applications.
•Must have a valid driver’s license.
