About This Job

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including restaurant, golf shop, fitness center, swim club, and office spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and an ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

•

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.

•

Conduct all cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.

•

Maintain cleanliness through regular custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.

•

Execute floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, buffing and waxing to maintain a polished appearance.

•

Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.

•

Act as a porter by managing waste disposal and ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.

Skills

•

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.

•

Proven experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred.

•

Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is an asset.

•

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

•

Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned duties within designated timeframes.

•

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management.
