Garden Maintenance Crew

The Peoples Gardening Collective is looking for a skilled horticulturist to join our garden maintenance division.

Available Position: Garden Maintenance Crew Member

We are a worker-cooperative fine gardening company. After one year at full time, you will have an opportunity to become an owner of the company and receive annual distributions of net income.

At least 3 years of professional fine gardening experience is required. A good working knowledge of common NW ornamental plants, weeds and best management practices is required. Strong plant ID and pruning skills are required. An enduring love of plants is desired. WSNLA Certified Professional Horticulturist and other relevant certifications will are a plus.

Seeking good record-keeping and time-keeping abilities, leadership skills, a strong safety mindset and ability to perform physical work in any weather.

Full time: 40 hours per week. 4 10-hour shifts. Tuesday-Friday.

$27 per hour

250+ hours of paid time off per year
