- Certifications or advanced training in plastic fusion or related technical fields preferred
- Strong working knowledge of plastic fusion technologies, tools, and machinery, especially FPVC® pipe fusion
- Must be highly mechanically inclined, skilled in fusion machine diagnostics

- Must be able to travel extensively
- Ability to train other staff in the correct procedures for FPVC® pipe fusion
- Experience in partner program management or technical sales support
- Certifications or advanced training in plastic fusion or related technical fields
- Mechanically inclined, with hands-on experience in equipment diagnostics and repair.
- Customer service-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage partner or customer relationships in a technical environment.
- Experience delivering technical training in field and remote settings.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with digital tools (presentations, remote troubleshooting platforms)

- Responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and supporting a network of partners focused on FPVC® pipe fusion technologies. This individual is both a technical resource and a customer service specialist, building strong relationships, facilitating growth, and expanding program reach
- Collaborate with management and sales teams to identify prospective partners and assess their training needs and program engagement readiness
- Recruit, onboard, and train new partners in FPVC® pipe fusion technologies and equipment
- Grow the FPVC® fusion partner base, focusing on increasing technical understanding and driving sales
- Provide ongoing support and relationship management for existing partners to ensure satisfaction and high performance
- Deliver hands-on training covering machine operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and best practices for plastic fusion
- Assist partners with fusion machine diagnostics, troubleshooting issues both remotely and onsite
- Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams to communicate feedback, escalate concerns, and coordinate technical support
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and technical resources for partners
- Travel as needed to partner sites across various regions for training and direct support
- Identify areas for program improvement and contribute to new initiatives enhancing partner engagement and sales
