Program Manager/ Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in project management. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage teams effectively, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies such as SAFe and Waterfall. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Supervise project teams and ensure effective collaboration among members.

- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.

- Gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

- Manage ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.

- Control costs by monitoring budgets and resource allocation.

- Lead projects using various project management software including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Jira.

- Utilise organisational skills to maintain project documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.

- Analyse data to inform decision-making processes and improve project outcomes.

- Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate project status and results effectively.

- Oversee product development initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Manage content through content management systems to support project deliverables.

Experience

- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing projects from inception to completion.

- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis techniques and data analysis skills.

- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Visio, Basecamp, Project Server, and other relevant software is advantageous.

- Expertise in time management, cost control, leadership, and organisational skills is essential.

- Experience in both Agile (SAFe) and traditional (Waterfall) project management methodologies is preferred.
