The Fulfillment Specialist maintains production and shipping schedules by processing incoming customer orders, staging orders in appropriate production areas within the facility, and preparing finished products for shipment or delivery.
· Collect the Travelers from the office and put them with the correct parts.
· Verify container counts (e.g., number of boxes, bins, skids and other containers)
· Identify incoming parts, and group together the pans, boxes and other containers that go with each Traveler
· Move the parts and their Travelers to the correct lines
· Stage parts for efficient production (aligned w/schedule)
· Prepare containers for transport via use of Automatic Pallet Wrapper
· Prepare finished Travelers for shipment by identifying, loading, and securing product
· Preserves material-handling equipment for continued use by completing pre-use inspections and reporting any issues.

This job operates in a manufacturing environment. While performing the duties of this job, the Fulfillment Specialist is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The performance of this position requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, appropriate closed-toe shoes, and other PPE as needed. The noise level is moderate.

While performing the duties of this job, the Fulfillment Specialist is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching and sitting. The individual must frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Some Saturday shifts required
