Job Description Summary

Brings overall Sourcing knowledge and experience to the role with continuous improvement mindset. In-depth understanding of key Sourcing drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish the work within the Sourcing Operations team. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with all stakeholder and contributes to the area. Flexibility to shift from order fulfillment (tracking POs, supplier on-time delivery) to buyer role (issuing POs, change notices, resolving supplier order and invoice issues) when needed. Has a teamwork, Lean, and Continuous Improvement focus.

The base pay range for this position is $95,000-125,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 4/25/2025.
