Position Requirements and Responsibilities
•High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred
•3 years of experience as a Fueler/Oiler is required
•Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License, and Class B CDL with a Hazmat/Tanker Endorsement, with an excellent MVR
•Operate service vehicles safely and effectively
•Perform daily maintenance on construction equipment
•Fuel equipment and check oil levels
•Ability to communicate machine issues and status of machine to equipment manager
•Organizational skills required- must be able to complete paperwork required for the position
•Must have the ability to work with limited supervision as well as with other mechanics and employees of the company
•Must be reliable, have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills and be very safety oriented
•The employee will be exposed to working conditions that include working near loud, large heavy equipment and near moving mechanical parts
•This job requires working outdoors in inclement Colorado weather conditions, year-round
•Early start workdays, occasional night and weekend work required
